1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Serefea platform at serefea.com, operated by Slowwlife Private Limited, a company registered in India. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Services

Serefea provides a platform to connect users with licensed mental health therapists for online therapy sessions via video calls. Our therapists include both employees of Serefea and independent practitioners who offer their services through our platform.

5. Booking & Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• You will receive a calendar invitation with the session details and video meeting link upon confirmation.
• Prices are as displayed on the platform at the time of booking. We reserve the right to change pricing for future bookings.

6. No-Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable: Once a session is booked, it cannot be cancelled. All bookings are final and non-refundable.
• Therapist cancellation: If a therapist is unable to conduct a session, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
• No-shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without rescheduling in advance, the session will be forfeited.

7. Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule a session by contacting us at support@serefea.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to availability and may not be accommodated.
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to therapist availability.

8. Therapist Relationship

Therapists on the Serefea platform include both employees of Slowwlife Private Limited and independent licensed practitioners. All therapists are qualified, licensed professionals. However, the therapeutic relationship is between you and the therapist, and Serefea serves as the platform facilitating this connection.

9. Confidentiality

All therapy sessions are confidential. We do not record, monitor, or access the content of your therapy sessions. The information shared during sessions is governed by the therapist's professional code of ethics and applicable Indian laws regarding mental health confidentiality.

10. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during booking.
• Join sessions on time at the scheduled time slot.
• Maintain a respectful and appropriate demeanor during sessions.
• Ensure a private and quiet environment for your session.
• Do not record therapy sessions without explicit consent from the therapist.

11. Limitation of Liability

Serefea and Slowwlife Private Limited shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, outcomes of therapy sessions, technical issues during video calls, or any actions taken based on advice received during sessions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
